The Founder

Faith, Focus, Freedom, these are the three keys to a life of significance that allow us to constantly move forward down the path that God has designed for our lives. God makes it clear that He wants us to put our **faith** in His Son Jesus, **focus** on the unique calling He created us for, and live in financial **freedom **so that we maximize our impact for HIm. Over the past 30 years I have had the privelege of working as a CPA in 9 different locations in the US and Canada, and held executive and management roles in 4 different industries. I have consistently observed the importance of having a clear path forward to allow my team and organization to grow and thrive. This path forward is a life long journey that can be difficult but also extremely rewarding. The apostle Paul challenges us in Philippians 3:12 with the following: "Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I "**press on**" to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me."

I welcome the chance to help you “press on” with a clear Path Forward. Sincerely, Todd Payne

The Steps

Step 1

Faith

Our lives only make sense once we come to know our creator.  God tells us that the only way to know Him is through relationship with His Son, Jesus (John 3:16).  Without this faith relationship our lives will never be completely fulfilling, our accomplishments will be empty of purpose, and we will not find lasting satisfaction (John 10:9)

Step 2

Focus

God created each of us unique and has specific tasks and goals He wants us to focus on (Romans 8:28, Jeremiah 29:11, Philippians 2:13, Ephesians 2:10, Proverbs 1:4,2:9,2:21,4:25-27,8:14,20:24, Psalm 25:12-13). His desire is to use our unique gifts and abilities as part of His plan to show his love to a world full of needs, and too invite all to begin a relationship with His Son.   We need to take the time to ask Him to show us what He wants us to focus on now and in the long term. Asking Him to confirm our focus should be a regular conversation. Too often we focus on what is easiest, what is trendy, or what we think will bring in the most money. We need to use the gifts He gave us to accomplish His plans for us.

Step 3

Freedom

God tells us clearly that He owns everything (1 Chronicles 29:11-15), and we are His Stewards of all He puts in our hands to manage.   He has established clear principles that allow us to determine what effective Stewardship looks like, including how we give, how we invest, and how we spend.   Following these principles allows us to live in financial freedom and fully accomplish the plans He asks us to focus on, without having our impact limited by financial mistakes and mismanagement.
